I've been looking for more information too, Warren Lawrence does appear in some Plumbing board meeting documents I found but nothing interesting

This is some serious natzi level stuff. How could someone be a part of this process? I cannot fathom having a part of this type of disposal and not having nightmares.

After finding a black-and-white jumpsuit in a sewer, he learned that inmates of Orleans Parish Prison had been stuffing their uniforms into the toilets in an effort to back up the jail’s plumbing system. To increase their odds of success, every prisoner flushed their toilet at the same time. They called this a “Royal Flush.”
Someone should have beaten the "Royal Frick" out of them for that stunt.

I think that meeting the type of person who would have worked in the morgue of a charity hospital in the 60's would be quite eye opening for you.
