on one level I hate to see that...but in today's climate add a tornado or two as well...

I'm showing my age, but when I lived there, it was the place to live!!!! Riding the old London Transit bus over to the Journalism Building was a lot of fun as well!!!

Had many a drunk night there.
Always park in the visitor lot or Riverside will get you.

I agree. Slumlords KILLED that area. You could see between. 2000-05 it going from students to section 8.
