I work at a SNF as a Occupational Therapist, the comorbidities that exists are usually Type 2 diabetes, COPD, CHF, CVA. Any type of virus will wipe out anyone who doesn’t receive standard care with these comorbidities.

The best policy is full ppe for the workers and restricting all family from visiting residents.

Nursing homes are a different animal
