What do you see in the video?
Same thing as your ME. He’s kneeling on his upper back, not his neck. My viewpoint is corroborated by the lack of bruising and abrasions on the neck, again stated by your ME. Hell, he wasn’t even applying enough pressure to bruise him on the back where his knee was actually placed.
What proof do you have that he was on his neck other than “I seen’t it”?

I was stating that the actual video is evidence. I wasn’t opining at all on Baker’s testimony.
So we are supposed to take your opinion about what the video showed over the under oath interpretation of a pathologist that has performed around 3000 autopsies?
Your whole shtick in this thread has been to trust the experts, why pivot away from that now?

What more reason does one need? Or could even hope for?

The video and experts say the same thing

Ask Dr. Baker. He agrees that the video shows him kneeling on Floyd’s back.

The expert you keep quoting for “neck compressions” is saying the opposite.
Weird.

LINK. Is that on his neck? You tell me
Again, why are you not taking the conclusion of the expert that testified under oath?

He said drugs didn’t kill him but neck compression did. Also look at the video. Do you not trust your own eyes?

Ask your ME that you keep quoting.

I trust what a pathologist that actually looked at the body says. Why won't you just answer what makes your interpretation better than his? You've again painted yourself into a corner, so you'll just ignore it until we got bored of rubbing this in your face.

Why hasn't there been an appeal for a prejudiced jury, btw?

The experts including the ME said Chauvin’s knee, not drugs, killed Floyd. And just look at the video and tell me his knee is not on his neck

This is still wrong. Cardiopulmonary arrest is the immediate cause of death. Meth and fentanyl are also listed as contributing factors.
All of this is in the link you provided. Has that link actually proven you to be correct on any points?

Dr Baker told you it wasn't.

Again, still wrong. Cardiopulmonary arrest killed him with neck compression, fentanyl, meth and heard disease as contributing factors.

I already have. Twice I believe.

Where he says that he ruled it a homicide and the cause of death was “neck compression”?

You're leaving out an awful lot of words from the official cause of death. Why is that?
Posted on 2/18/22 at 2:09 pm to LNCHBOX
Other parts of the trial show clearly the knee was on the neck and even a defense expert admitted it.
