Take it easy dude. We disagree on this issue, it’s ok. I bet there are many more we agree on.

No i don’t have time for a serial liar who then starts to change his story.

You started your OP asking a question but you really just wanted to say you are glad Chauvin is locked up because he killed Floyd.

You didn’t want to hear a different story. You made your statement, feel better now?

Im out

Not at all, I wanted to have a discussion about intent and how it should factor into law. It’s absurd to me that one could be sentenced to second degree murder without even having the intent of killing someone.

It’s the same truth you’ve been spouting. I.e. your opinion.

The ME included neck compressions as a factor in the death with zero evidence that the neck was ever compressed. “I seen’t it” isn’t evidence, by the way.

It’s not true, just because there isn’t post mortem signs of injury doesn’t mean a homicide didn’t occur. That’s not my opinion, it’s fact

That’s not a fact at all. For it to be a legit homicide there has to be evidence. There were no bruises on Floyd. None. There were no abrasions on his neck. None.

Explain to everyone how to forcibly compress someone’s neck enough to kill them without leaving a mark.

I believe that. But they are experts for a reason, also there is the video.

Where Dr Baker says that Chauvin's knee was not on St George's neck and that his knee did not block the airway?

You're going to downvote testimony from the guy that did the autopsy?

It’s absolutely a fact. Death by cutting off one’s oxygen supply doesn’t always leave post mortem signs. and there is the video, so it’s incorrect to say “no evidence”

Where he ruled the death a homicide and said it was due to “neck compression”?

"Neck compression" looks to have just been tacked on to the end based on his actual testimony. I'm not sure how you say death was due to neck compression when you testify that there was no knee of the neck and that St George's airway could not have been blocked by the knee.

And I meant the video of the actual incident, not of Baker’s testimony

It absolutely leaves evidence of its forcibly done. Like, I don’t know, kneeling of someone’s neck.

The doctor you’re latching to admits that the video shows him kneeling on his back and side, not neck.

Maybe you should take your own advice and actually watch the video you linked and stop arguing.

So now you're challenging his findings? What makes you more of an expert than him?
