The school recently put a stop to this. These kids were 3 years old.
What do you say to these parents?
The parents were complaining about the new policy.

When did people become so fricking stupid. Seriously let's high jack this thread and discuss exactly when it all went so wrong.

Couples are having kids and getting married at a younger age. Kids come from parents that don't know any better, don't care to know any better or are push overs that want to be their child's friend. Momma and daddy drink coffee in the morning so little Johnny gets coffee if he wants it.

Stupid hipster parents that prob gave the kid some kind of gay haircut I'm guessing.

Maybe (single moms, not couples), but my grandmother (a nurse anesthetist) gave me my first coffee-milk when I was 5. I'd assume my dad had his first cup at a similar age and she probably did as well. Young kids drinking coffee isn't some new phenomenon.

I can't speak for America, but of 7 newly wed couples that I know closely, 5 are having children the oldest couple is 25 and 27. The others aren't in any way ready to raise a kid imo.

Damn, I felt like a horrible parent for giving my three year old some orange soda.

I agree, more so, single parents. I'm sure I wanted to try coffee when I was 5 but I wasn't walking into kindergarten with a cup of Joe in my hand.
