You know I’m a reasonably fit person and I lift six days a week and I will never, ever look like that.
Just extremely impressive
Yep. A completely natural physique. 100% pure natural gains. Not an ounce of PEDs.

Hollywood actors are literally paid for months on end to maintain the workout and diet regimens that these studios set up for them. It's not in the least bit practical for normal people purely from a cost and time commitment perspective.

Meh. More like few people can commit to. If you give me top notch trainers, dieticians, and chefs and basically made it a huge part of my multi-million dollar job to become as monstrously big and shredded as possible - yeah I’d commit to that on the spot
It's mostly about time and resources. With studio support, Kumail Nanjiani did this for The Eternals. A lot easier to do when Disney is behind you and you're not going to a 9 to 5 slog.

From a Men's Health interview with him:

"I would not have been able to do this if I didn’t have a full year with the best trainers and nutritionists paid for by the biggest studio in the world," he wrote. "I’m glad I look like this, but I also understand why I never did before. It would have been impossible without these resources and time."
