Yep. The streets, sidewalks, and driveways have the best snow for it. Roll it around get it big then push it around the yard for the last layer so it isn’t dirty

Just piss on it, then it will pack just fine and you will have a colored snowman.

If you can't figure out how to build a snowman with 7+ inches on the ground, you either aren't trying or can't figure out how to do it.
