Our office cancelled our Christmas party.

It's always really nice with free food and alcohol, but I see my coworkers enough to not want to spend my Saturday night with them.

I'm excited about ours.

But it's during work hours.

I'll see if I can talk anyone into going with me.

Btw, I'm having soup. Which I spilled all over myself

You should...it was that good.

I didn't know the cast sings a bunch of ABBA songs on stage after the actual show. That was pretty awesome. Everyone in the audience standing up singing along and dancing.

I get most of my work assignments by phone and e-mail and work from home and out of my truck. Rarely go to the office. Boss was wondering last year why I wasn't in attendance at the Christmas party. He asked around and found out the person in charge of invitations had forgotten about me. She said she saw me so infrequently she really wasn't sure if I should receive an invite or not.

Didn't really bother me - there's only a few of those people I want to socialize with anyway.

Me and my gfs had taken a Lyft from the restaurant we ate at to the show. Our Lyft driver was insanely hot.

My single friend (it was also her bday) even says "you are my first hot Lyft driver". Exchanged numbers with him I was impressed...guy texted her like an hour after that.

On the app you rate your driver and there is a section that says "what did you like about your Lyft driver the most?"

We commented "His face"

Nah she is just single and 35 and in a "I'm just gonna do what I want and not worry about relationships" stage. You take any opportunity to meet a guy at that age. Isn't as easy as it was in your 20s.

And this guy was THAT hot.

Yeah he was telling us it was his first night driving for Lyft and he was just hoping to make some extra cash.

With a face like that...and if he hangs out near ASU like he was last night...he will rack up some nice tips from female passengers. And likely more phone numbers.

I mean...we tipped him $3 on a $5 ride
