None in elementary or middle school, but once during senior year of high school. Some buddies and I checked out of school to go "research our senior project at the SLU Library." What we really did was get drunk and go frick around Hammond Square Mall with the intent to get back to school in time for me to attend baseball practice. Everything was fine until one of my friends couldn't contain himself and starts acting a complete fool during the recess before 5th period. Once he was busted, they hit all of us who checked out with him. 2 day suspension which made me miss the first round of baseball playoffs, but we got our arse handed to us anyway. Dad worked offshore, so I had to wait several days before catching that arse whooping. As someone else pointed out, the waiting was definitely worse and took several days not just hours.

I had ISS several times for dumb crap but never couldn’t actually come to school suspension I don’t think. Which would have been better than the in school ones because I had to sit and write lines all day

I went to a Church of Christ school from kindergarten thru 12th grade so I’ve been been suspended for pretty much anything you can think of. Was it worth it? Absolutely

*put liquid heat on a kid's back when he was getting dressed for PE
*Had a diagram of the female reproductive system and sat in the very back of the bus. Stuck it behind my head so that all the vehicles behind us could see and got reported.
*had a cup of dip spit and threw it out the bus window as a car was passing by with its window down.

I don't recall suspensions being a big thing in elementary school. We still got paddled back then.

I believe calling it that increased it from more detentions to suspensions.
Another one:
Trying to light each other on fire as alter boys when we should have been lighting candles for school mass when we had one of those new long lighter. (New for the us atleast).

No suspension but a trip to the principals office. First day of first grade, when the principal was introduced my buddy and I stood up in our chairs and yelled and whistled. Westwood Elementary? On Acadian Thruway near Hundred Oaks.

I got a 2 day in school suspension in 8th grade for selling playboys at school
A buddy of mines uncle owned a Circle K and I’d buy them from him for $3 and I’d sell them for $20+
When I got busted the school said I had to donate all of my profits to the church fair. I showed up the next day with $15 and smiled the next 2 days I spent in the library.
