Aren't all Waffle Houses 24 hours or do they not do that in BR and NOLA for security reasons?

They built a brand new Waffle House in NW Houston a few months ago, me & my wife went to check it out. We were amazed how even in a nice area, it seemed to attract a rather, what can I say, questionable crowd...
