Am I the only one who thinks that the on location Weather Channel folks are a bunch of buffoons? Grown men wading around in knee deep water trying to convince the viewer that they are risking their lives to bring us the story. I don't need the sensationalism! Just give us footage without standing in the wind and rain. Credit where credit is do, TWC computer graphics are good.

I mean.. there's a reason IBM bought 2/3rds of the company and didn't want the TV channel...

Weather Nation is better and has hotter women on the lineup.

This is nothing new. I remember Bill Elder and Ron Hunter on Channel 4 in NOLA doing those kinds of stupid things back in the 70's. Anchorman the movie was not so fictional.

My wife and I have been laughing about them for the last couple of days. They are also funny with their predictions of doom...the moron with the helmet said areas could lose power for MONTHS due to flooding. Just stupid
