They were writing tickets for the license plate holders on the license plate because it was covering half of Louisiana on the plate.

long ago, I actually made a vow to never do business with any business located in one of these known speed traps....
businessmen run these small towns and if we were to all stop doing business with them, that shite would stop quickly...
