If the Pentagon is talking about it in public, it’s either old technology that they have improved upon or it is technology that they have given up on using.

Hmmm....so what if the government were to enter the healthcare system, mandate everyone get healthcare, and start to collect all of this data? Or a private company such as Amazon were to house all this data, they wouldnt do anything behind our backs?

Did you read the article? It has nothing to do with elevated heart rate.
