I don't think I've ever noticed the woman you're talking about, but I may have just not paid her any mind. The latest "regular" I see on Essen is a short Asian man who hangs out near the Walgreens begging for change. I'm always afraid he's going to get hit by a car because he wanders in between the lanes when traffic stops for the red light. Last week I saw him in front of Burger King.
They did finally arrest someone in December for those 2 murders. LINK

staring is literally as big as I-10, why can't it have a higher speed limit? they don't want people slamming on their brakes to pick up prosties at the staring motel?

She yelled at me today at the Rite Aid. Something about flowers. Lovely woman. She was passed out by her shopping cart when I came out.
