You're free to talk about whatever utter bullshite you please. Whether it that or your dumbass nutrition takes.
Again, you can't seem to understand what I'm referring to in the guidelines. And give me a specific example of a 'dumbass' nutrition take. I need the post, not your misreading of it, as we've already established you are among the dumbest people on this forum. Do you need to wait for your friend before you chime back in? Give me the receipts or shut the frick up.

Bro I didn't insult you, font mother frick me.
Didn't you say I was making a straw-man?

Has absolutely nothing to do with what I said, zero zilch nada. I hope you read research reviews and studies better than you read tiger droppings.
Then we are talking about two different things. I believe you did this the last time I talked about neurohormonal adaptive mechanisms too. You clearly don't seem intent on misunderstanding and misrepresenting my point.

You can believe whatever you want, I really don't care. But if you don't believe me, might want to go read Laynes stuff considering he has more clients for weightloss than prolly ever doctor in Louisiana combined through his app.
Bitch, I have two papers coming out about compliance. Metabolism and compliance are my bread and butter. So when I say you don't know what you are talking about, or even the patient demographic to which I'm referring (which is now obviously clear), maybe you should back away from suggesting I'm making a straw-man.
I'm still waiting on this post where I said weight-loss isn't thermodynamic.

He isn't being owned and the good doc is being dishonest and using a straw man argument.
He is saying that because people regain weight, they need meds.
Which is just a way to treat laziness both from a fitness standpoint snd from a compliance stand point.
One of the biggest reasons for weight gain later in life is lack of muscle mass ftr.
Ftr no...hormones don't really matter once protein and calories are equated...hundreds of studies showing this.
I could go on and post a hundred studies showing the doc is wrong...but I have no desire to argue.
And honestly I do not care if the mess help people lose weight and the doc prescribes them. In fact if that is what it takes...then do it.

There's no point in regurgitating information. That would be a waste of time and inefficient Mr fauci

Again, I don't think you actually have access to any information, given I've asked you numerous times for sources before your knight showed up, without you posting any.

Of course I have access to it, whether I know how to access it or have the mental capacity to understand is what you should have questioned
