So is the school the agent for NIL money or can the student go find their own deals? I still don't completely understand the phrase "xxxxx school has 2 billion in NIL money to give to athletics".

It was more along the lines of a guarantee of how much playing time and how much NIL money. Thought process being if they could not get a reasonable amount of playing time they would transfer somewhere that they could. That’s a stark different business model than what Nick had previously. The days of having three five stars at one position and them “waiting for their time to shine”, them days are gone and not coming back.
