Had a report of a stalled vehicle earlier near I 10 and the spillway while we had heavy congestion on 12 westbound past the Saint Tammany Parish line
No accidents or congestion reported at 10 E. as you go towards Slidell and it's steady flow of traffic near the toll plaza of the Crescent city connection

Well, if that "JPSO deputy" was given a choice or giving info that would lead to an indictment or going to prison, then yeah, that deputy would know, wouldn't he?

He wouldn't be telling anyone a thing if that was the case, or he'd be indicted anyway.
