re: the most embarrassed you’ve ever been

I ran cross country in high school, but I was pretty slow compared to most of my team. We were running at our home course, had some decent hills to start off and then flat at the end. About a mile in, my stomach started cramping and I knew I was going to have to take a dump. I continued running, hoping I could finish the race. About 2 miles in, I realized I wasn't going to finish and just deviated off course towards the field house. But I had gotten to the point where it was coming no matter what, I was even trying to do the fast walk while clenching. No good, it was running down my legs as I head to the bathroom. I stayed in there and finished up my business, all while the race is still going on. As I'm trying to make sure I don't have to crap anymore, I hear someone calling my name outside the bathroom. The coach had gotten worried when I didn't finish and sent one of the hotter girl runners on my team to come check on me. I just mumbled something about not feeling well. When I was done, I went straight to the parking lot and went home to shower.
