most of my life up til 33yo I was allergy free and could not relate...then one day...BAM!!!

I got hit all at one time, sneezing itchy eyes, runny nose.....I was blindsided.

I sufferred for years and years and once in a while, I'd hear dairy, then more time went by, still suffering.
taking combinations of comtrex and chlorpheniramine maleate and others I forgot the nanmes of....and of course I heard dairy.

kept ignoring the dairy, til one day I read an extensive article on it, then decided to quit dairy for 2years. 3months into my experiment, my symptoms started to subside.

now, will no dairy help your allergies or this tick red meat combo.....I don't know, but it may well be worth the effort to give it a shot.
