Living Man Court Case

Not sure how many of y'all have heard of this man. But this all stems from him being TICKETED for fishing without a license. But I can't figure out if his case precedents and arguments are legitimate and the judge has no other response but shut him up and throw him in jail. Or if he is just delusional and rambling old man going off to the point where you lose focus from him talking so much and then throw him in jail because he is a disruption.

Any OT lawyers on here can shed some light on this Patriot/Nutjob?
