Hmm. As a spiritual person (despite some flaws), I do believe in "all that" but also that a person can self-actualize a lot through focused deliberation (whatever we want to call it). The two are not necessarily mutually-exclusive (as you seem to imply) as God empowers us to take action ourselves. Or as the Reverand Hunter S. Thompson said "Pray to God, but row away from the rocks." Or perhaps Jeremiah 42:3 "Pray that the LORD your God will tell us where we should go and what we should do."
While not living the most upstanding Christian life, my faith "God" is strong. I've read/watched most of "The Secret", I understand the general concept of "all that". Also, I considered how both might work together, still working that out! LoL
I do know Paul says "call that which be not as though it were". Basically the same idea. Jesus said "whatever you ask for, believe and you shall receive". Of course, the idea is faith in Christ and grace He made possible for us through the cross. I would love to hear/read/study more about law of attraction.

Yes.
Feel.
Whatever you want.
Might be next lifetime. Be patient.

for ten minutes a day
Daydreaming for 10 minutes/day versus chasing the dream/goal an additional 10 minutes/day?
I'll go with the non daydreaming.
Now put that phone down and focus on your driving dagnabit!
