Yup. This has only happened one time, that I know of, and that was, of course, by Joe Biden.
You could literally find some reason to keep anyone from saying just about anything, if you wanted to.
Don't say, "GEAUX Tigers", because you never know if an Ole Miss fan might be within earshot...
