If someone turns away at the idea of $67 they shouldn’t have two kids. Horrible parenting
What a stupid comment.

can’t afford $67 for a drug your kid “needs”...chances are you made a shite-ton of bad decisions along the way
Some of y’all are some huge assholes who lack compassion and the ability to understand that things happen out of people’s control. Ever heard of unexpected life events like job loss, pay cuts, cancer, deaths, divorce, etc?

What a ridiculously moronic comment as doctors and my dentist make a damn good living and have their names on their work clothes.

I just finished reading a book-CODE BLUE- Inside America’s Medical Industrial Complex by Mike Magee,MD.(sorry I’m too dumb to do links).Dr. Magee worked for Pfizer until his conscience got the best of him and he quit and wrote this expose book. It’s a long read but I was severely pissed by the time I finished.
After 35 years as an R.N.,29 years in ICU I knew a lot of this shite but it goes much deeper than I imagined.
Personally,I’m done with the medical world,I don’t take any meds and I don’t intend to.I’m overdue for a colonoscopy,I’m not doing it.I have no idea what my cholesterol level is,nor my A1c,don’t give a shite.About all I do is try to eat a prudent diet and take flu shots yearly.I’m careful that I don’t break any bones so I’m not forced to go to hospital.I do take zinc and Vit.D since covid showed up.
Frick it,as far as the rest of it goes if I get sick,I’ll get well or die.

So what's Good Rx's angle? Where does their profit come from? I mean, other than havesting personal info via the app.

I haven't been able to figure this out either. Obviously they are mining some data but the app isn't required. My pharmacist told me about it and set everything up saving me about $50/ month. No app, no card. I'll ask them about it today when I pick up.

That's bullshite and you know it. The only reason you may not is that you might work at a CVS and your paymasters at Caremark don't like it

I have to agree with you mostly.

The difference between a blue collar person making $100K annually and a white color person making the same is most likely one of planning.

BC buys the F250 power stroke with "truck nuts" so to speak. He lives beyond his means. $100k a year isn't sufficient to go to private schools.

The WC drives a Camery, plans ahead and has a large life insurance policy.
