While those weren’t the only reasons we ended up divorced, it was a major factor. We can’t expect to have happy relationships if we don’t prioritize each other’s needs.

I agree. Mine was this way and it led to infidelity with a person 15 years younger. But divorce was imminent before all that. People in these situations either live miserably feeling alone although technically with someone or they go out and find someone to fill the need. It’s unfortunate all the way around. These relationships losing the intimacy over time are all too common

I’m sorry Coon. Thing are difficult when you have little ones. I have a gf in the same situation. Instead of focusing on a solution for her happiness she focused on raising her child. When the child got older and more independent she was lost and she and her SO and had nothing left to talk about and they’re needs changed.

Everybody on the O-T is so alpha, I'm sure they're fricking 4 times a day until 70. But, for real, when is it acceptable to just not do it much (like once a month) and be cool with it. 40? 50? 60?
