Oh sure, these people adopt 7 kids and they're heroes.

Serious answer: Great for them. Wonderful gesture to give these kids a loving family to grow up with and for giving their son a "real life" example of living out an "others first" mentality.
Sarcastic answer: They may be heroes but they are no where near as sacrificial as every teacher and nurse I have ever met.
