I was a student from ‘13-‘17 that lived in the 5 star hotel of Blake for my 1st year. I remember in ‘14 they canceled class because of ice, but everyone still showed up in the PMAC that night to watch LSU beat #11 Kentucky. The deaf dome was rocking that night!

Then in ‘15 or ‘16, I remember some crazy guy stripped in Middleton and campus police had to deal with him.

I also was lucky to have Professor Kolniak for an easy Chemistry A. I heard he got fired for hitting on female students. Is that true?

not sure about that professor, as I only took easy classes but lucky you on the Blake residence. There was a big snow/ice situation around 2011/12 as well. We gotta be due for some snow here soon.

I remember showing up to that UK game. The student line was long as shite. Eventually they just let everyone in and made us sit wherever. I sat at mid court about 15 rows up

I wouldn't be so sure about that. I remember 3 decent snows in BR that stayed on the ground for a period of time. Mid 80's (1986 maybe), 2008 & 2017.

A number of random dustings here and there in between but nothing significant.

At the pier? lol no telling. One time we went at like 3 am after the bar closed and it was extremely dark and there were a few of us drinking and sitting around and out of nowhere we hear "Why helllllloo therrrre" and it was some old hobo turned out to be a cool dude but got sketchy for a few seconds. Never knew who you were going to run into there.

Edit: @sun and lots of aspiring, and now successful, rappers

When I got to LSU in ‘13 they only had Papa Johns in the side convenient store. That was nice because you could use your PawPoints, but didn’t they have a Taco Bell in there before 2013? All my friends said that was the GOAT after studying half the night. Anyone know why they took it out?

Tailgating was always fun, but that was a great year for tailgating that ended in misery and despair and a t-bagging Bama fan in Nola

As for the taco-bell, no clue why it closed just showed back up on campus one semester and it was gone.

Used to go there to smoke weed and watch the sunrise on my comedowns on ecstasy back in the early to mid 2000's. Good times.
