First of all frick you. Secondly, you are full of shite, there will be very little if any litigation over this. The law just doesn’t favor it.

Worker’s compensation claims are worth the time to file them for 95% of lawyers will not touch them.

The only litigation projects that I am aware that are even being considered right now related to Covid-19 are possible claims against business interruption provisions of business insurance policies.

That’s not even close to the same thing. He’s talking about actually recovering damages from someone who presumably transmitted an illness. Has anyone ever successfully done this for the flu?
