The guy he "chest bumped" wasn't the one who attacked him though.
The attack was a little excessive. He really only needed to place his hand on top of his head. That way the little guy could swing for days and not hit anything.

It’s scary how much I can relate with this guy. I’m an inch or so taller but I’m at least 150 lbs more than him. And he’s right people walk all over us because of our height. Glad he is speaking out.

If you watched his YouTube videos, he's a perpetual victim. He's looking for someone to hit him so he can call the cops and do all that. He was never going to hit anyone. The dude who tackled him was insane. 
That doesn't mean the guy didn't deserve it or it wasn't funny because he did and it was hilarious.
