one can be a successful person and still understand that the baby boomers destroyed our country.

I hate these threads.

I am way ahead of where my dad and grandfather were at my age.

So is my wife.

Stuck?

Most people in the 70s lived in starter homes their whole life. Cost of living was less because people didn't have expensive taste.

Yeah, belly up to the bar with a SJW Degree like gender studies, and all that racial crap, plus owing 50 to 100K in student loans. It is on you pardner, you chose the route you took, the degree and the loans. I am a Boomer and I am NOT you or any millenial's fault!

I'll go with what I know. In 1975 my mom was only making $6k a year as a school teacher. What does one make now starting off?

My daughter just got hired straight out of school at $53385 starting salary. It was her first interview. Then again, she's at the top of her class. It pays to be a grinder.

If your arse is going to LSU, you better be able to tie your degree to something more practical than "it taught me how to critically think"

That only describes about 10% of LSU degrees, right?

You talking about all the millenials, like me, who were a part of OIF/OEF too?

I dunno, do you lump all boomers together? I'm glad you served your country, but if you are one of those millenials who are constantly bitching about boomers then you are nothing more than a brat.

And every younger generation bitches about the ones older than them. Do you have a point, other than the one on your head?

Being young and stupid when you really don't know jack shite is apparently a right of passage also.

I wish I were young.

Just repeating what is widely considered common knowledge.
