A few can make $100K+. It works like youtube hits. If you have a million people following you, companies will pay good money for you to name drop their product and/or post a link.

I know a good bit of them who stream on Twitch as well.
They'll be dressed in almost to no clothing and be playing COD or some other game. Fans will pay them $5 a month to 'subscribe' to their stream and they pay that each month. Basically to get just stream particular emojis and to show that you pay to support them.
