Willie used to have his Birthday Party concert in Baton Rouge, Late 70's early 80's. Willie and friends at the BR fairgrounds.
One year flooding cancelled the fairgrounds and the show was moved to the Assembly center (PMAC). Alcohol, Ice chest, lawn chairs and blankets were all allowed in. One of the best times I ever had at a concert.
