I just scroll past the opinionated posts most of the time. I just don't think FB should be an outlet for that, at least it's not for me.

I try to scroll past it as well. But when some fb friends are posting rants talking about "AmeriKKKa"....yeah not following you anymore.

I also unfollow the people who have an abundance of pics of kids. I get posting updates every now and again but the "OMG, I took little Chloe to the mall today and bought her 3 new pairs of shoes" then 2 hours later "Little Chloe just loves these new shoes I bought her" then 2 hours later "Little Chloe rocking these shoes"

I had a couple that beat me to the punch when I reminded them that the Malcolm X memes about killing whitey were before he disassociated from the Nation of Islam, the same organization that assassinated him for doing so.

A lot of my family and extended family post every little thing that happens in their lives, and yet lots of their kiss arse friends will comment on these posts. Makes me shake my head.

I wish I knew of a way to defriend one of my coworkers. You may have noticed she freaking tags me EVERY SINGLE SHIFT WE WORK TOGETHER with crap like "another night at the hospital!"
She's this really goofy, but nice, 50 year old lady that basically does everything you can do wrong in regards to posting on fb. I don't want to hurt her feelings. Tried adjusting my tagging settings to always approve what I was tagged in...but that got annoying as well.
And they all at least have cute kids as well.
