It's doubtful that they had more than 0,1, or 2 male applicants

How many quality applicants do you think they recieved that were over the age of 40? My guess is close to 3000

Texas Roadhouse ain't one of them.

ETA: I enjoy having hot, young waitresses wher ever I go eat. But I get especially pissed when I get a guy waiter at Texas Roadhouse. I do keep it to myself though.

The fact that this is even a crime at the federal level is a clear abuse of the Constitution and private property rights. Businesses owners should have the right to do with their capital as they wish, hire and fire at will, and choose whom they will give or refuse service to.

Good. I hope the restaurant wins.

A private company should be able to hire and not hire anyone they want for any reason they please.

I'd like to know how many people over 40 applied before I make a decision.

Well anyone who is over 40 and looking for a job at Texas Roadhouse is probably not a good employee. It is much better to hire a young 20 year old who might actually try since their life is ahead of them.

Also, why has Hooters not had this happen to them yet?
