Most of the appeal of brick and morter to the consumer is physically shopping for it. This is just like internet shopping except you'll need to make a few phone calls and the product doesn't just show up.

You answer the phone, take the order, charge the customer's card and bring it outside. This isn't hard and they've been doing it here.
