I was 197-205 of going to the gym every day for 2 years. Back problem turned that to fat after about 7-8 months of not exercising. Lost weight until 180 with the hopes of building back up, because shedding and lifting blows nuts

Snore? How many hours? They have a take home sleep study that can give you some telemetry. I thought I was fine and my new watch (I returned) said my pulse ox was hitting 76 at night.

Get thyroid checked. Get estradiol checked.

Go from there. Once on TRT you are on for life. Go see and endo. Get all the labs done. Is your low T from primary or secondary testicular failure. It's important to know.

Don't just jump in and start injecting. Find the reason.

Hehe, that worked for my first marriage. Required different tactics for my second because she smoked and drank more than me.

Boron is in 2 separate bottles of testosterone booster I posted on the last page, so there is something to it. Honestly, every supplement I’ve read about is on those bottles.

I sleep 7-8 hours average. Sometimes 6. Sometimes 9. I do eat like shite though, but in moderation. Usually twice a day. I skip breakfast, so I fast from 9pm to noon the next day.

After reading the thread, I need to get back to going to the gym. I only snore when I sleep on my back, which is very rare. It screws with my back so I sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs

You should first read TRT Recipe for Success by Dr Crisler before beginning TRT. Goes into great detail about it.
