I was 197-205 of going to the gym every day for 2 years. Back problem turned that to fat after about 7-8 months of not exercising. Lost weight until 180 with the hopes of building back up, because shedding and lifting blows nuts

Why do you think I have all those testosterone booster pills?

I was forced to watch the first 2 movies and bailed. I wanted out of the relationship so I started drinking all the time and smoking cigarettes. It works. Takes some time though. It’s a Constanza move

Snore? How many hours? They have a take home sleep study that can give you some telemetry. I thought I was fine and my new watch (I returned) said my pulse ox was hitting 76 at night.
Get thyroid checked. Get estradiol checked.
Go from there. Once on TRT you are on for life. Go see and endo. Get all the labs done. Is your low T from primary or secondary testicular failure. It's important to know.
Don't just jump in and start injecting. Find the reason.

Hehe, that worked for my first marriage. Required different tactics for my second because she smoked and drank more than me.

OT Ballers have to donate testosterone to get theirs down to normal levels.

Yo, testosterone is talked about regularly on here.
Did you know that sperm counts and testosterone have decreased 50% since 1950 in males?
Watch this:

It’s in our food (chemicals) and environment. Us recognizers have to band together or we will end up being open mouthed soy boys

Boron is in 2 separate bottles of testosterone booster I posted on the last page, so there is something to it. Honestly, every supplement I’ve read about is on those bottles.
Boron:

You can DuckDuckGo around with a search: “supplements to boost testosterone”. There are other things you can do to help, like sleep that someone mentioned

I sleep 7-8 hours average. Sometimes 6. Sometimes 9. I do eat like shite though, but in moderation. Usually twice a day. I skip breakfast, so I fast from 9pm to noon the next day.

What’s the purpose of this?
I have a PWR guard on my phone if it has anything to do with blocking whatever so-called cancerous bs emanating from it. Don’t know if it works, or if that is even what you are talking about

After reading the thread, I need to get back to going to the gym. I only snore when I sleep on my back, which is very rare. It screws with my back so I sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs

I did see a good YouTube video on increasing T-levels, and the guy said that a lot of times, high cortisol levels can either lower your T-levels itself or negate the benefits of increasing it, kinda making it a wash. He mentioned getting good sleep, exercising, and a couple of supplements (ashwaganda like another poster said was the only one I remember off hand). Stuff a lot of other posters have mentioned
Can you link? I think if I just get back to exercising, I should be good. I’ve got the supplements covered. I sleep well.
