i think it really depends on the drive train.
If the Tesla is RWD, then it would make sense to rotate but if it is AWD then I don't see why you would have to rotate.

Cool, you have an expensive car. Maybe try a Tesla Forum? Don’t think too many people have them down here yet considering they can’t produce them efficiently
