Yes, I wouldn't go there as a destination. However if the weather is nice you can walk down St. Claude and check out a few places, turn on Elysian Fields and walk to Frenchman and do that.

Also it might the St. Claude Monthly Art Walk Saturday night so it might be decent scene there.

I expected abut more the first time I went with the way people talked about it. Glorified food court/indoor food truck scene would be a good way to describe it. It's not something I would go out of my way to, but I tend to stop by there when I go get my haircut in the Bywater.
