The boys made $120 each yesterday. They are out again today. He’s got business cards now too.

Yes, you might as well be a delusional boomer, because that’s how this reads. Your daughter is correct. You’re cheap and out of touch.

I read the OP as having the subtext behind it of them supporting her $100/mo Starbucks spending, DoorDash, Crumbl,, etc.

$10 is not doable for anyone that speaks English, but OP can make himself feel better by establishing a budget for daughter's spending out of parental accounts on aforementioned goods and services, Target runs with mom, etc., and then he'll probably be more ok with paying market rates.

My fifteen year old daughter refuses to babysit for $10/hr. I am incensed at her gaul, but yet my mom pays her much more to "clean her house", and her peers make about $20/hrs babysitting in Bocage.

Am I crazy for being apoplectic about this?!

OP, do you plan to quit your job and take another job making half the money? Someone will be mad at you if you don't!

Seriously I can't understand this fog-brained rant. You literally listed two jobs available to her making twice the rate you think she should make. Why would she ever work for half the rate her labor can get?

Maybe what you should do is pay her to babysit you, and explain basic economics and finance.

The boy came home with $360 today (his cut). One of his guys made $200 and another $250. He did have expenses today bc I’m getting tired of washing his stuff and I made him buy more towels and scrubbers. Wife got a text from one of his buddies mom saying that the boy has a well run business and she was happy that her son got hired. WTF? It’s crazy!

ETA: he left the house at 9:30a and got back at 6:00p.

People get crazy over price fixing of stuff you buy but no one is screaming it’s a Sherman Anti-Thrust violation when you price fix pay rates.
It’s only a problem when private companies do it. When the government does it, that's just good policy.

That's great money (nearly $50/hr), and he's learning/teaching himself business skills, to boot.
