That’s just a symptom of the problem. I recently read that 25% of the teachers in Houston ISD (a massive district) aren’t even certified.
This board hates teachers and craps on them damn near every time they can. All teachers are lazy, have like 7 months off, screw kids, are unintelligent, etc. They don’t want to pay the taxes for public school teachers. Fine…but this is the result. These are the people that will end up in your kid’s classroom. Blue haired trans, hand tats, crazy eyes, red-pilled “boys”.
If you continue to make it an undesirable job, then you’ll have undesirable people working said job.
