Taking advantage of corona and contact tracing

suppose I have an annoying neighbor who I'd like to not see for a couple of weeks.
I can totally call him up (through a number obfuscator, obviously) and tell him I'm calling from such and such contact tracing, he had contact with so-and-so who tested positive and he should quarantine himself for 2 weeks.
Is there a check in place that prevents this?
