Punching a female crossing guard is right down there with stealing from the gift basket at church, this dude is incorrigible.

Plenty of uninhabited islands in the Pacific quite distant from any other landmasses. Leave them there with a good stock of lions, tigers and bears. Maybe drop a dusting of anthrax over the island too.
