Yeah I know, we are in the process of switching one of our nitrous drag cars over to a turbo set up, got a bit of a tuning learning curve to deal with but hope to have it all sorted out but next season.

Willing to bet someone slowly pulled their Porsche hat off at the next gas station and threw it away.

i'm friends with the guy who has the fastest outlaw car and also has a twin turbo s10. The s10 can never hook up at all but the supercharged pro outlaw sets world records every year.

I don't have any pics of the Nova on my phone that we are swapping now the 57 will go twin next year sometime

Is that the old moon eyes car?

Holy shite! Something like this?

i don't believe so. Those belong to Al Suggs JR. with Timberline racing. I may go on tour with him and his crew this year.

The plan on the 57 is two 88mm Turbonetics to get our feet wet and when we figure out the tuning and suspension setups we'll go bigger, it's a full fiberglass tube chassis car now that runs 7.0's on motor and 6.5's on 3 kits. The nitrous causes so much damage though if you miss the tune (which is easy to do with that much) that we want to switch to be easier on parts.
The Nova we're doing at the moment is a street car on 275 drag radials and we just want it to be more streetable.

You'll love it, nothing better than heads up doorslammer racing

Like most setups....It damn sure will if you're pushing the limits! If you can get it where you want at a conservative boost level, it'll be fine.

That's the plan, gonna start off with the 88's and figure out the maps etc and then jump up in size to get the et we want at a manageable boost number.
