How is your Sunday going? I'm just hanging out watching stuff.

No lunch yet, but it looks like a chicken pot pie is in my future

Fresh cantalope.

Last summer I tried freezing slices thinking it would be a good cold treat. Turns out they freeze rock solid and you can't bite into them.

Did you have the joy of seeing if sales tax was calculating correctly?

No, it was mostly software to accurately charge companies for the use of their company's IT resources. Testing sales tax doesn't sound too complicated, but fixing it could be.

Wrong and right. Take an invoice of 100+ medical devices, some are taxable, some are not. Maybe they are 50% taxable, or, depending on the product, only subject to 15% of the sales tax rate. In California, that could be 5%, 10%, 15%, etc.

Leftover jambalaya. I pulled an unmarked Ziplock out of the freezer and it was jambalaya. Some days are better than others in the leftover game.

Hello LCA, Kcrad. Wife picked up a brisket plate at a new bbq joint for lunch. Kinda disappointed with it, but hunger won out over disappointment.
Hope y’all’s weekend was good.

NASCAR always a good time. Didn’t do well in the TD fantasy league but that’s ok.

Fred and I went to rummy’s rv and had a couple Moscow mules, but that isn’t really a nascar drink. We gave him some constructive feedback by pissing on his truck, and a couple of Busch light cans in his truck bed but that’s neither here nor there
