Honestly, I'd go to Macys. You can get a great fitting one but less than $150. Unless your kids are fat

If you catch Zara when they have a sale you can get a great looking suit for 160-180

How about the kids just stay home (they probably don't even want to be there)?
Hey, thanks! This is great life advice. You've really saved the day!! (Whew!) Say, look... you've been so helpful here, what say we get together for lunch. I could really use someone like you as a life coach to get me outta these jams. Have you ever heard of Tony Robbins? Cuz that guy is loaded and I can already tell that you are a million times better than him at telling random strangers how to live their life.
I mean, really dude??? I asked where I could buy a kid a suit and outta the blue you wanna start interjecting what you think is or isn't appropriate??? This isn't some backyard wedding between two distant cousins where someone's grandmother makes chicken salad sammiches and cuts the crust off. I'm pretty sure I can make the right call in whether 1) my boys should use this occasion to start learning how to wear a suit and 2) whether they and my family would like them to attend.
Congrats..... yours was the stupidest and most unhelpful TD reply I've seen all week.

I legit have seen a grown man dressed in that (might've looked a bit sharper actually) a few years ago at a grocery store. In a country town, not Portland.
