Exact reason the FAA banned lithium batteries on flights post crash of JetBlue in Florida Everglades.
pretty sure there's one in every single phone in every single passenger's hands and also, is there a LiON sniffing device at checkin? that battery was pretty small; how would the screeners detect something like that in a carry on.
i know i sure as hell wouldn't trust that to some of the TSA agents i've seen with their eyes half-closed x-raying bags.

Final Destination shite:
- 15 seconds later and that couple standing outside the elevator would have been incinerated as well
- nice how the battery waited until the elevator doors were closed before exploding to ensure there was ZERO chance he could have thrown it or survived.
- CAD just opened the door to the garage and is giving the EGO batteries the stink-eye.
