Why not? Most stock systems are terrible.

Listening to my music in my vehicle is not nearly as enjoyable as at my house due to the lack of bass. I'd like to get a sub too. It doesn't mean I want to drive around with my trunk rattling.

I'll never understand how some people can't tell the difference between having big speakers just to be stupid or having a balanced system that includes some form of sub-woofer in order to have quality sound reproduction. Thing is, so many stock systems have quality hi and mid speakers today that all that's needed is some extra low end to have great sound.

look up JL stealthbox. it's pricey, but you get the best sound tailored specifically for your vehicle and it's hidden away so it doesn't take up much needed space

Located in marksville. Will send pics. Like i said, basically brand new, just sittn in my shed.

Id look up Memphis Audio if i was you..I think their awards and reputation speaks for itself. They are in the same category as JL. JL is a great product but now seems like they are selling by their bramd name and jacking up prices.
