The "winner" will get the money.

Then will get sick and have medical bills under their ACA "insurance".

$8000 deductible, then 30% of the remaining bill, then $2500 for each time an out of network doctor walked into the room.

Hope it's a large pot of money.

First, the story is a hoax. Second, even when students test positive, the vast majority are asymptomatic or minimally symptomatic. This age group is not ending up in the hospital except in extremely rare instances. Despite large increases in positive tests In Tuscaloosa over the past several weeks (the vast majority in ages 18-25), the local hospital census has remained steady or declined. The only good news for these young people is that most will have little or no symptoms.
