Exactly. I used to be in the spiteful party of "they only did this to post it on social media and get credit". But I don't care about your motive. Even if the underlying reasons for doing it are selfish, it still shows a good deed and spreads good instead of the typical trash you see on social media. If it motivates more people to do something nice, even if they're just doing it so they can get their 15 minutes, that's just more nice things being done.
