where was stormy during katrina, rita, gustav, and ike? there were plenty of polical opinions to go around those time frames.

I'm not speaking for anyone...which is why I have repeatedly told reporters that I will not even consider taking this further until I do a listening tour so I can hear what the concerns of the residents are.
